(Predictive) Mundane Astrology: Modality

 My sister-in-law (Virgo) told me its time to register for a neighborhood without so many HOA hidden fees like maintenance fees, so on. 

I looked at my daily transits the day prior, Scorpio moon. 

Fixed sign modality, "debts," "taxes," "hidden enemies."

"No. It isn't," I said. 

If I move I'll grind against it, I figured; because fixed signs don't move. If I move, I'll get worse everything; worse neighbors, worse roads, worse fees. 

She signed me up for a meeting at one neighborhood's office that day; I told her, cancel. 

Reluctant and arrogant, she called them. 

They gave her more information than she needed. Such and such fees paid to so and so at such and such... No different. 

She just didn't hear it until she stopped hearing what she wanted. 

I told her that's the power of a fixed transit moon. 

I said, look at when we moved here (pisces sun). Mutable, hopeful, new beginning?

That's the modality you want whether it's Gemini, Virgo, Sagittarius, or Pisces.

Today, the moon is in Sagittarius.

Lo and behold, my Facebook market post (a season old) got a response. Not to buy; trade.

I won't bore you with private details, but the trade comes at a good time. In the wake of a full moon, under a benefic sign of changeovers. 

It fits the Gemini Sun bill as well, being of similar value but different style to my listed item. 

I'm reluctant. But personally my Venus is in power, so I should get valuable possessions.

Virgo & Pisces.
